Tracy Keys joined the Newport Beach Library Foundation in October 1996 to establish an office for the Foundation at the Newport Beach Central Library. She is currently the Executive Director. Tracy was formerly on staff at the Newport Harbor Art Museum (now the Orange County Museum of Art). She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Comparative Literature at the University of California at Irvine.

Tracy’s duties as Executive Director include oversight of all the Foundation’s administrative aspects and programs; fundraising; public relations; board and volunteer recruitment; donor records; and publications.
