During the late 1800s, Dr. Benjamin Calhoun arrives at a women’s asylum with the idea of casting the patients in a production of Moby Dick. When he discovers a great actress is also a patient at his asylum, his dreams of grandeur begin to erode his sanity, leaving his star performers no choice but to escape.

The Seagull

Based on Anton Checkov’s 1895 play of the same name, this film follows a group of friends and family as they travel to the Russian countryside for a weekend getaway filled with spurned love, short tempers, and tense familial relationships.
